The Bartender John was very personable. The brussel sprouts are a must order appetizer. I also recommend the Balsamic Chicken W/ Arugula and the chopped Buffalo chicken salad. All great dishes. The atmosphere at this place was very laid back and relaxing they had all the doors open to the patio and it was an awesome night.

The atmosphere is fun, food is delicious and service was amazing. We are from Canada visiting family in Buffalo and saw this restaurant. We went there on a Saturday night without a reservation (our fault) , we waited approximately 1 hour but man was it worth it! I will definitely make the trip back to this place.

Came in on a Friday evening. Place was packed - inside and outside but everything was so organized. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts appetizer and the woodfire steak entree with truffle fries. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our server, Jenna S, was very attentive and friendly. The manager, Brian, also came over and checked up on us as well. Overall excellent experience.

Great birthday dinner tonight for my friends! With NEAT as my first choice for my friends dinner gathering, I was very happy that the staff working allowed us to be the only diners to sit on the mezzanine level over-looking this amazing restaurant atmosphere! It was a great way to celebrate their birthdays & friendships over amazing dinner & desserts! Julie took great care of all our dining needs and it was was great to meet the manager, Ashley, with her great personality, positive vibes & good conversation! I’ll definitely be back to visit for sure! 😆

I eat gluten free and dairy free and it’s often hard to find something besides a salad when dining out. But today I had some yummy choices. I didn’t expect the squash soup to be dairy free but it was and it was delicious!! That’s all I really would have needed but I ordered it at the last minute. The asparagus is usually cooked in butter but the cook used oil for mine. The veggie cauliflower rice was very interesting. I think it had pickled onions in it and something that gave it a sweet taste. Thank you for offering and marking your menu with GF options and thank you to our server for double checking that the foods were safe for me to eat.

Wow. This place. Pretty Neat! In all seriousness, our waitress Shea was incredible. She helped us out with the drink menu, assisting us with a perfect whiskey flight. Incredibly friendly. As for the food, it was delicious. Experience was the highlight for us as it was our first time stopping in. Definitely be back again.
