Fantastic place serving delicious burgers. Lots of different options available from beef, chicken to mushroom meat fable burgers which are my favourite. Great customer service. The young man was incredibly friendly and helpful. We really liked the zucchini chips. The beef burger was cooked well and juicy. I really loved my mushroom meat fable spicy cheeseburger. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Like that there are lots of vegetarian options available.

I’m really dissapointed, i went to get lunch at grilld claremont with my partner and after spending 15 minutes trying to order and pay we waited 20 minutes for one of our burgers to come out as beef instead of chicken and no biggie people make mistakes but we got blamed and questioned when we had actually used the $5 HFC vouchers so idk why it got mixed up. After an extra 20 minutes of waiting i went up and asked politely if it was on its way and he shrugged me off saying the burger wasn’t on the screen and asked me for purchase history. We had to wait an extra 10 minutes after this for our burger to come. This is all whilst we had one of our burgers sat on the table going cold. I’ve never had such a bad experience and i just wanted an apology from the staff as they managed to make their burgers so quick when they were going on their breaks. :(

I understand the mandates by the Australian government, however I felt discriminated as in this grilld restaurant they seem to pick and choose who to ask for proof of vaccination (for the record I’m fully vaccinated) and I understand the necessity of asking every patron for it, however I believe that everyone should be treated equality no matter what they look like. I’m a man of colour and was about to take a bite of my burger when an employee rushed! rushed! to my table to check if I was fully vaccinated as well as providing them with identification which is fine, however the next couple with a family that came along after me weren’t even asked about to check neither of the required documentation from them or the proof of vaccination which made me feel miserably targeted. Burgers were dry with undercooked bacon.
