such a cute coffee shop in cirencester! the food is SO delicious and there are lots of cakes to choose from too. the staff are lovely as well, very attentive - thank you☺️ gorgeous interior gives the shop a really cosy vibe

Nice coffee a bit pricey £4 for a flat white in a small cup as well. Place could do with a makeover aircon is quite filthy and has gone yellow that's how old it is. One toilet only and not that clean, plus the toilet seat doesn't stay up. You need to sit down to do your business. Otherwise, it's going everywhere.

I found the service to slow and rude. With the back of counter a mess. The staff is so poorly trained they stood there behind the counter talking to them selves about ther social life then walked away without acknowledging me at the counter …

Tourist trap, charging 10p extra just to sit down (most other chains have done away with this practice). They even have the cheek to ask for 5 star reviews! Toilet was in need of a clean. Jazz muzak might trigger a rage episode!

After walking the grand-dog, nice coffee with, perhaps, the best coffee shop view there is. Staff always friendly, and dog friendly. Just sit and imagine the history of the past 2,200 Years in this market place. Lovely

I am regular customer of Caffè Nero when visiting UK and especially Budford branch at the Cotswolds but sadly to know that it was permanently closed. Eventually all Caffè Nero branches have the best coffee, sandwiches and cakes even the one …
