This is the worst Starbucks in the United States. I would love to rate it a 0 but unfortunately 1 is the lowest possible rating. The staff is always RUDE and preform a sloppy job. I have never met a nice, caring employee here. Go in to order a drink and you will find yourself standing at the counter for 5-7 minutes without a hello or I will be with you shortly. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

I went through the drive thru today and the person who helped me was SO positive and happy and thoughtful, I left in such a great mood! I've only had an order mistake once and they offered to let me keep the first one to gift to someone which I thought was very kind. I love the people here.

the servers here are nice, so 4 stars for the workers. the reason for the 1 star is location,location,location. this has to be one of the worst locations for a starbucks. very limited parking,the drive thru is alot of times backed up the street and a joke. and people trying to turn left into starbucks is a joke. whoever owns this locations needs to find a better one (old taco bell lot down the street) has plenty of space. or build in the mall behind you.

My experience was completely pleasurable, I had a 20oz white chocolate mocha extra hot, with two breakfast sandwiches that didn't raise my blood sugar at, I couldn't believe it myself! Having that Starbucks app is invaluable and I must have!!! You can load up your digital wallet and never have to use a credit card, just scan the QR code inside or just order ahead and it deducts from your Starbucks card in the app! Starbucks is way ahead when it comes to customer service and technology, it's the future say my psychoanalysis, might well learn it or be left behind. Wonderful place for family members and friends and the Wi-Fi service is POWERFUL, I THOUGHT I fiberoptics hook up to phone 📱,it was so good and stable. Thumbs up for Starbucks!

Customer service is awful couldn't get our order right three days in a row. The young ladies on second shift are rude and need to be taught customer service skills. The management on second shift is awful showed him the drink and he asked what I wanted him to do with it. This location needs better quality training.

This Starbucks is like 12 car accidents waiting to happen. Don't go here unless you genuinely want thousands of dollars in damage to your car for that overpriced latte

Came through drive-thru was just an awful experience all the way. Ask if they had snickerdoodle hot chocolate this season response is I don’t know what am I supposed to do with that but ignored it ask for white hot chocolate got a hot coffee or latte with milk not sure which but definitely not white hot chocolate. Also ask for brownie cake pop but they out said that would be it still put in order for birthday cake pop that I didn’t want messing around on their phone whole time just all the way bad from service to product will not be back to this location ever again complete waste of time and money. Also I normally don’t make reviews had to make a account because it was just ridiculous
