1st Time at Downtown Panera. My experience was a Delight! The Young Lady Name Keke is Excellent with Customer Service. The Broccoli Cheese Bowl was Delicious! 5Stars! I will be back.

It's a busy urban store but they handle a line pretty well and keep things moving quickly. There's a large seating area that is kept fairly clean and restrooms in good working order.

If you're the type to not mind Pricey product, and quick-service then its all for you.. being a part of the free membership card it will add up savings and give you free items during special days of the year. The more you buy the more you save. Free birthday item available which is always a tasty treat. No parking available except garage or on foot. Hot sandwiches come out hot and cold sandwiches come out cold.

Went in for just a sandwich and came out with a soup on the side. Made my day. Good service at the register and the guy and woman behind the prep counter were awesome.

The cashiers and front of house delivered such fantastic customer service and communication skills. If you're ever in downtown Cincinnati near Fountain Square - Stop in for a moment and thank the team here.

This was my first time eating at a Panera! I recently gave up meat and was very excited to see all the vegetarian options. I was helped by a young woman named Ebony who was so sweet! All smiles and so friendly and she had the GREATEST hair, I was jealous. I wish my work would let me come in looking that awesome. Great experience will definitely be making this place a frequent stop.

Love the bagels, they may be my favorite in the city. All of the pastries and breads are good though. Really good coffee as well, try a mocha. For after breakfast, I recommend the vegetarian black bean soup (served 3 days a week I believe) and the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. I don't even like feta cheese and I like the sandwich, all the flavors mesh well.

Delicious food and every soup they have on the menu tastes amazing! The staff was very friendly! The fireplace in the middle of the dining room is lovely to cozy up to with a delicious cup of their hot cocoa!

This location seems to be consistently understaffed, (causing a bit of a line during the busier times) but the hardworking crew that remains does a great job at preparing the food. You can get some outstanding bread here for carry-out (the foccacia and breadbowls are particularly filling, fresh and affordable) and turn an ok meal-at-home into a feast.
