Great food & great experience! Awesome old schoolhouse built in the 1800s. Lots of rely cool architectural detail inside. Staff was AMAZING & food was AMAZING! When they learned it was our 1st trip they gave us free dessert and made sure our experience was great. You don't find this kind of service and caring often anymore. Highly recommend!

Wife and I split the pork chop and crab cake dinners. Very, very good stuff. Love the atmosphere here, the food is excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly. Prices are very moderate for what you receive. Definitely worth your visit. Suggest making a reservation, but not necessary. If you have to wait, you can sharpen your putting skills on their practice green.

Great food and service. Everything was well seasoned, hot and fresh. Had their $5 margaritas and they were delicious. We had seasonal flatbread. Burger with everything. Pan roasted chicken with artichokes, mushrooms, tomato in a white wine sauce sub rice for mashed potatoes. Highly recommend

Beautiful, intimate space. Excellent food. Fantastic service. Loved the atmosphere upon entering. Was seated in their Semi formal area. Server was excellent. Our party of three all enjoyed our Entre’s. The roasted red pepper soup was excellent, as was the Cajun seafood linguini. Highly recommended.

Clough Crossings is an intimate dining venue that deserves your attention. The venue is an old school house, so it's small. Reservations are recommended. There are three small dining areas: the main area is for semi formal seating, there's a casual seating area with a full bar, and a small outdoor patio. The full menu is available in all three dining areas. We ate in the main dining area, which features an ornate bookcase converted into a wine cabinet. There are booths and tables that you generally get to choose when you reserve a table. There's a wine list that features the range with cabernets, a reisling, and a wine with bubbles. There's domestic and imported beer, but we didn't ask what the bar had. Our table had a bottle of the Alamos Malbec from Argentina, one of my favorite grapes. Grapey on the nose and finish with a the dry pepper and oak notes in between. Our party ordered the daily special, a Greek pasta. It was a great linguini with olives, onions, feta cheese, tomatoes, and tasty oil dressing. We saw Derby Pie on the chalk board when we walked in, and it was a dense chocolate pie with nuts, seemed with the perfect proportion of ice cream, and drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce. Delish! The rest of the menu had a couple of hefty salads, some sandwiches and burgers, and a salmon entree that I want to go back and try. Treat yourself to a nice dinner and a quiet venue at Clough Crossing. Ask for Dave, he did a great job.

Nice menu. Food is great. Not a giant selection but they put their expertise into several dishes instead of trying to throw out many mediocre offerings. Ambiance is wonderful. It's cozy, quiet, and great for a romantic evening. Good wine selection and good drinks from the bar. Desserts are fabulous as well. Wait staff is prompt, kind, and courteous.

Went for the first time in about 7 years (I just moved back to the area) and it was as good as I remembered. The wait staff was very friendly, and the food exceeded expectations. If you go, you must try the chocolate cake for dessert.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Definitely worth the trek across town. We had a reservation party of 6 and was seated on time. Waitress was friendly and attentive. She has worked there 10 years. Was good to see my HS friend (Gary) again.

Tonight was our first time dining here, and everything was absolutely amazing. We were greeting by the owner, who was very polite and had conversation while we waited for out table out on the patio. ( which was absolutely beautiful) our sever was polite and educated on the wines and menu. Our food came out hot and FRESH in a timely manner. The building itself was beautifully decorated. We saw others food as it was brought out to them which made us want to come back to try more food. A "hidden gem" in our neighborhood for sure!

I have been here a handful of times. Generally, the food is tasty. I LOVE supporting local, small business. And this is one of the best ones.

Met basic expectations. My wife and I visited this busy former church and enjoyed the interior decorations and friendly staff. It was quite noisy, service was fair, and the meal had its good and bad components. We started with some small croissant rolls that were fairly tasty with butter. My grilled, slightly blackened Tilapia was really pretty good, complete with a good tartar sauce. I would request this on a bed of rice, as the wheat bread that I requested did not work well and the hoggie bun would have been no better, due to the large size of the cutlet and difficulty managing eating it.<br/>My wife's Thai chicken salad was so-so, with a mildly spiced dressing, good chicken sliced atop it, but mediocre lettuce and fixings.

Great food and excellent outdoor patio for dining. A friend of mine kept recommending this place for over a year. I wish I had not waited so long!!! I love the food (great options which is rare in this part of town), the outdoor patio is huge, the service is great, and the management really cares about their customers. I highly recommend stopping in for a nice dinner or a drink. Great place to meet up with friends or have a nice family night out!

I'm always amazed with all the food bloggers that Cincinnati has that I can still stumble upon a place nobody has reviewed. And such is the case with Clough Crossings . That's probably because a lot of the bloggers are into the downtown scene - I, on the other hand, will actually go to Anderson! (Yeah for Anderson!). Clough Crossing is on Clough Pike which is so easy to get to from the Cincinnati East Side burbs (Mt Lookout/Hyde Park/Oakley) - you just hop on the Beechmont Levy, take the exit for 32, then hook a right up the hill at this odd wanky intersection onto Clough Pike! And you're there...it's only 10-15 min away. It's just past Jean Paul's Paradiso - which I've been bragging up to everybody who will listen. Rather than in a strip mall next to a gas station, Clough Crossings is in an old school house. Very neat building. They have a deck out back - which we were hoping to sit on - but it was a bit rainy. :-( We had a Groupon and made sure they were okay with us just having our

We so wanted to love this place, but everything from the indifferent greeting (presumably one of the owners), to the amateurish presentation (randomly stacking veggies on top of starch + protein does not an appetizing or professional presentation make), to the poorly seasoned and cooked fish, to the 25 minute wait to have our check picked up to be rung (said owner must've passed it 3 times), to the tepid goodbye (sans thanks) left us cold. The only redeeming aspect of the evening was our server, enthusiastic + green, eager to please.

Horrible service, good food.... The food is terrific It's not a chain which is rare in this area. The service was horrific. I waited over 20 minutes 3 or 4 times for food or drink, and the server was completely rude when asked to do something. If you go, plan ahead and order all at once to get out in a reasonable time.

What is customer service???. Have been hesitant about this one. Food is................fine. Wine is................hmm, ok. Rather pedestrian, very burby, but really great bartender, some really great servers, great deck in the summer. Never again. Ran across the "manager" tonite. She is obviously not into customer service. We were informed that you can't do groupon and half price wine together, ok, I didn't have a groupon. But then I was told since I was with people with groupons, I couldn't have half price wine. And only one groupon per table, even though we were all seperate. And not nicely, unpleasant, almost nasty. Poor service ensued. My friends frequented the place more than I, but it was agreed, none of us would return.

Pleasant Pub Type Eatery. We have been here twice for dinner and the experience has been above par both times. The setting is very comfortable and there are a variety of menu items reasonably priced.
