The service here is amazing, staff was friendly, the coffee was hot and always full. Food was just as good, the to go coffee option was a welcome surprise. TP was a little rough.

A customer can get breakfast anywhere! We choose to go to Sharonville Bob Evans’s to have breakfast with Kristi! Kristi is very attentive and reminds us what great service is. Kristi knows her customers and we are happy to see her bright face when we visit. Thank you, Kristi, for making our experience so special each time we visit.

I had a great experience at this Bob evans today at the host was amazing I’m not for the area and needed a store to go to and the host Kiyah I think her name was helped me out with some recommendations. She was really helpful and just overall a great experience; I will be back!

I used to not like this branch of Bob Evans although it's next to our house. But in 2 last times, the nice servers and their great hospitality have changed it. Thank them. Please keep up with your nice work

Let me start off by saying most everything is above par at Bob Evans, but for some reason they cannot make a decent pancake, even after several times asking kitchen staff to overcook the pancakes, it still really doughy and taste undercooked, so I give up, no more pancakes!

I ordered for delivery. The items in the Styrofoam containers were still warm but the items in the plastic containers were cold. I put them in the microwave and they were fine. I would love to see improvement with delivery to keep everything warm. Sytofoam might be a good option for all hot items.
The food tasted as expected for Bob Evans. The grilled chicken is always my favorite but it was cold to the tough which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. It arrived within 15 minutes from when they finished making it. My dasher was there before it was finished.
