If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The evening management team has absolutely no common courtesy, no customer service, and best put, rude. I will never go to this location or any Wingstop again. The manager, Crystal, did not want to refund my money for an extremely greasy chicken presentation. She believed we tampered with the food and did not attempt to resolve our dissatisfaction at all. The issue escalated to the point where she told us to "GET OUT" now, after taking our money and not wanting to issue the only thing we were asking for, a refund. They inspected the food with no gloves after working the register and only wore a mask below their nose. Worst food experience ever.

I asked for my fries to be fried hard and I got cold uncooked fries big chunks like this weren’t even finished unacceptable on the other hand Victor who took my order was nice and friendly he is a great employee

The staff were nice and patient. Dining lobby was closed but the portions of food you get here doesn't equal to the amount you have paid. I've spent 15$ on a meal combo and got less Than what I usually get from another wingstop.

I always order and love it. Today food was disgusting. Cold, fried super hard, took almost an hour and a half to have my order ready. Got veggie sticks and they were so ugly.

Wish I can give them 0 stars. I order through door dash and ALL THE TIME I’m missing items or half of my order! You should start double checking orders before handing them out! This is ridiculous

Service went down recently they ignore you for 20 minutes when you pick up your order, the order itself had dry small wings not worth it
They area always messing up your order… I was missing two whole fries and I showed them. They took it to the back and said oh they were there you just didn’t check. Girl I showed you and now they appear? Evening staff is rude

Extremely slow service, it will be ready in 10-15 minutes after that another 5-10 minutes. It's been 30 min for 15 wings.
