Lovely family run cafe and cake shop. We enjoyed our coffee and cake and will come again. Thanks for the free coffee as a result of the mix up yesterday.

The cake shack is Under new management who are very welcoming and friendly.
The food is fresh and very tasty with lots of choices!!. Fantastic drinks selection especially for someone like me who cannot drink coffee, It's dog friendly as well very handy for dog walkers like myself, The cakes are freshly made by the owner these are a huge favourite for us the best around with a good variety of flavours.

We popped in for a hot drink to warm us up in the chilly weather. We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner and left with two delicious mocha’s. Highly recommend The Cake Shack!

Really nice coffee shop. Not too expensive and as the name might suggest really good cake!

Stopped here this week for a yummy toastie and coffee and liked the place so much that came back for the late Friday opening food.
Home cooked food, lovely local beer and lots of little board games to keep families engaged and off their phones made for a really nice way to spend a Friday evening.
The home made cakes were amazing and all testament to the love and care that the owner puts in, not every place is as good as this, you should try it!

Fantastic little cafe and cake shop, all home made in premises, had a lovely chorizo cheddar cheese toastie and will try to please be making your sandwiches to order, super friendly staff, would be my local cafe if I lived local.

My brother who lives in London (land of choice!) who has also lived in Italy and is one hell of a fussy coffee lover (and knows his stuff) was blown away by The Cake Shacks Coffee!! Obvs the cakes are knock out!
All this and then they go host a craft beer tasting night ! This place!

Have popped in here with my kids after snow day, a quick cupcake and coffee with friends and a girly night out for Spanish tapas style and red wine. Lovely intimate venue for a catch up of an evening or the perfect place for coffee, chat and cake in the day. Go and enjoy.
