Panera Bread

The rapid order pick up is kind of pointless. It's never ready when it tells me it is, and then I have to try and track it down in the restaurant because it's not on the shelf. If it is on the shelf, most of the time my drink is missing or a food item is missing and I hate to wait to get the right items. Really wish the rapid order would be faster and be put where it's supposed to. The employees are kind of rude, they get a bit of an attitude if I ask them where my food is, or to get a cup for the drink I paid for.

Food is good most employees are nice but management is not very professional i have a strong work ethic good references and when i call to check on my application they say we will give u a call back they never did so i call back i go in person to check and kept getting the run around still never called me not sorry were not hiring or we wont hire you. Very very poor management

Just left this location and the first thing my husband heard from one of the employees talking to a customer was, “Yeah, they looked at me like I was retarded.” That word is incredibly offensive and definitely should not be used in the workplace. On top of that, they left out many items in our order. Won’t be going back!
