The frys were ice cold had no seasoning on them and the chicken was burnt and the didn't even put sauce on it. I would be more understanding if they were busy but there was my car and one other that's it

I ordered using the McDonald’s app, but they told me they hadn’t received payment. I offered the same card I had on the app, and it returned an error. I tried a second card, same error. I tried a third card, same error. I tried a fourth card, same error. They told me there was nothing they could do and that they wouldn’t help me.
Well, it turns out the reason the cards had errors is because I ALREADY PAID on the app! The charge came through successfully. After contacting the restaurant, they claimed to have no record of it and would not refund.
I’ve contacted corporate, so fingers crossed that this issue gets resolved.

I came in last week and my order got messed up. The manager took my name and number, and my order and told me it was in the customer recovery book. Came back today and it wasn't in there. Even though I had proof I called and the receipt, since I didn't know the managers name they couldn't help me.
Guess I won't be buying McDonald's anymore. In-N-Out is cheaper, faster and better anyways!

The manger kinda of a big goof kinda guy .but nobody nicer ..that I have met in a while..says I like you guys u brought with you a positive vibe..not in the exact words but that never the less..n that's what life is all about.. bringing happiness to others n raising their vibes so that it spreads like wildfire....n that's exactly what he'd did when he said he liked us..n that made our day...all I can say is t.you..

Went on a Sunday at 1125 am with my family to just pick up 4 Egg McMuffins from the drive-thru. Waited in line for 15 minutes with no real lines forming... just cars cutting in line at their leisure. Get to the order board, and was promptly informed they were OUT of EGGS... on a Sunday!! Then, proceeded to order 4 cheeseburger Happy Meals with 4 Coca-Cola's. Paid the money via card, pulled up, and received our "Meals". The sodas were filled 70% with little to no ice, 1 meal was missing fries, 1 meal was missing a toy, in 2 meals the cheeseburgers were falling apart with more ketchup on the wrapper than on the bun, AND the toys were not the ones advertised. I took pictures, which do this experience no justice. I have a strong feeling that this happens more frequently everyday.

Was told I could have 1 sauce but not 2 for an order of 2 sandwiches and fries. Surprised the sauces are so important to their bottom line. Fries tasted more rancid than most McDonald fries as did the sandwiches. Will make a point to try to avoid this McDonald's. Staff were efficient and pleasant (silver lining).

These employees are trying to adapt to the pandemic and it the workers are coming out all sweaty from running back and forth to the door. I love McDonald's. It is what it is. Billions served and whatnot. Very pricey now. 2.49 for 4 piece nuggets. Breakfast sandwiches are now outrageous.

Quick snack. Overcooked McChicken though and no napkins in the bag from curbside pickup. Employee was nice and friendly. Highly doubt he's the one who bagged the order though. Napkins are nice.
