Del Taco

Whenever I am travelling, I stop at this location for a meal and wash my hands. Most of the time, my meal is good and I feel refreshed to continue my journey. Today, however was different. They have changed the bathrooms so you have to get a key at the counter. No problem, but I was the only customer in there and that's precisely when one of the employees chose to take the key and stay in the bathroom for 7 minutes while I asked the cashier if they had a second key for the other bathroom but apparently they don't. The cashier forgot to give me my change, so I had to wait for someone to open the drawer. They were also out of cabbage so my fish tacos were lacking. Normally this stop takes 7 minutes tops, not today and probably not again. Because I will go elsewhere.

Hopefully the photo shows how burnt the fries are. Also waited in drive thru 45 minutes for the simplest order . 2 bean and cheese burritos and a medium fry to get home and find that not only are the fries burnt but both of my burritos are the wrong burritos. I understand to an extent the long wait due to staff shortages or new people but to wait an excessive amount of time and your entire order be wrong is utterly ridiculous. It’s almost as bad as the burger kings in town now.

This is one of the best Del Taco I have ever been too. Great service and the veggies on the taco and soft tacos were so fresh. All the food was hot and freshly made. Excellent job on maintaining social distance and on wearing masks in the restaurant... My only concern was that the manager of the employees wasn't wearing a mask or gloves like all of the other employees. Managers lead by example!!

This is the best fast food place for vegans I've seen so far. There are several veganizable menu items and already-vegan options as well. The avocado beyond meat tacos were good. I enjoy eating there. I had been meaning to check this place out for a while because of their beyond meat, and I'm glad I finally went. The staff wears beyond meat shirts which is cool. Seeing a fast food restaurant promoting vegan options brings me joy. The atmosphere feels nice, and it seems clean. I look forward to going back.
