I enjoyed hanging out with my friends at jamba, i just chose a drink that tasted kinda plain to me. If I had chosen a more favorable drink i would've put 5 stars

This place is a joke. I'm obsessed with jamba juice and go at least twice a week. Yesterday I was in chico and stopped by this particular location. My drink was disgusting i paid over $8 to take 2 drinks and throw it away. I know this happens sometimes so i wasnt too upset. contacted management to let them know and all she said was I will go over proper ratios and make sure this doesnt happen again. No "I'm sorry for your wasted money" or "let us make it up to you" just got a "thanks for letting me know have a good day" I'm disappointed in you jamba juice

Asked for greens in the smoothie and coconut milk, was charged extra and they put regular milk. Milk made me sick, don't go here they don't care about your health

I gotta give 5 stars to Abraham he didnt just do a great job he went above and beyond he made me a drink the way I wanted it and one of the bowls the way I wanted it exactly and it is so delicious. I hope hes working everytime I go in to order not everyone will make it how you want it he should be training people he has great customer skills. I will be returning and I hope hes working when I do.

One employee was working very hard trying to handle two customers at once. Some jerk with a tablet came out and chastised her for not taking her lunch, then went to the back, leaving her alone again. Thanks for proving there's not a worker shortage, just an unnecessary manager surplus.

Very fresh fruit in the bowl my granddaughter got. The drizzle of honey put it o er the top. Love it. My strawberry smoothie was so good!! I know my granddaughter will definitely be going back

Went in there about 1 hour before close time. Got nothing but dirty looks. One of the employees rolled their eyes as soon as we walked in. Attitude as if they didn’t want to attend us.
