Chili's

Chili's...it's known as a 3rd tier chain restaurant for a reason. Look, don't take it the wrong way, but it was a "Last resort" situation, and we went during off-hours. It was my wife, my son, and myself...we were lucky (so we thought) to be seated so quickly. Here's what we ordered...2 flavored ice teas, a Lemon Drop, and a Dr. Pepper, plus the Endless chips and salsa. The teas were a little flavorless, but doable. My wife and I ordered the Fajitas, chicken for me and steak/shrimp for her and my son got the 1lb bacon cheeseburger w/fries. We had to send my wife's order back twice, as they confused the meat combos, and by the time they got it right I was almost done with mine. The meat was tasty and plentiful on both plates and the veggies were seasoned well, but we couldn't enjoy it together. The burger was juicy and flavored just as well. Dessert was the molten lava cake, and strawberry cheesecake...both tasty and looked good. Refills on drinks and chips were indeed endless, BUT no consistency in flavor. So, what was wrong IF the food was good? It was mediocre at best, meaning chain-food good... prepared the same all through every branch. Plus, the staff was more interested in getting us out the door as quick as possible, with the check presented BEFORE we ordered the dessert. It was, and still is, a humbling experience... something we won't repeat as long as there are other, better options. Long winded review... of course, but Chili's requires it.

Come here and have wonderful food and amazing service. Hunter was my waitresses both times I came this week, she is amazing and cares about her customers. She will help you figure out what you might like to eat with a few quick questions. Added a pic of the dessert, it was too go to wait to take a pic before diving in!

Chilli's is chilli's. The food is to be expected. The kitchen and the staff are where this place really shines. They kitchen was fast and perfect, and the front of house was quick, attentive and super friendly! Great with kids! Will be going back soon! Also free chips and salsa and a non-alcoholic beverage when you sign up for their rewards program!

Wish I could post a picture. The food was good, but the dining room floors were dirty. You could see the caked dirt/ dust around the chairs and tables, with the marks around where they mopped. And we came in at opening time. These floors should be spotless. News flash....... tables and chairs should be moved when you sweep and mop. If this is the care you take on the dining room, what does the kitchen look like?🤔
