The first time I went in, the two person team was friendly and accommodating. One of them didn’t seem to understand English well, but responded to pointing at toppings which was sufficient. I went in for a second time on Friday 8/17 at around 1:30pm and there was a team of 4. The cash register was pretty backed up and the person doing expo (who had very red eyes and seemed to be exhausted or high) was piling sandwiches up by the register. When it was my turn to pay, they had lost my sandwich. They never said anything to me, but bickered to each other in another language and the cashier walked away. When he came back, they just started cashing out the person behind me, never addressing the issue with me. The people in line behind me all apologized as they saw how awkward the situation was. I had no idea what I was supposed to do, so I just walked out. From now on, I’ll pay a few bucks more and go a couple blocks farther to receive real customer service.

This is one of the cleaner fresher Subways. Mostly due to their high traffic location.
