Potbelly Sandwich Shop

The food here is honestly terrific. They toast the bread so it has a perfect crunch and yet it is still soft. The meat tastes real and has a full flavor. I like to get the potato soup and it's pretty good. The shakes taste great and come with a cute little shortbread cookie on top. I think ordering online is easiest because in the store it's not clear where to order soups or extras. I'm sure if I just ask, they would tell me the best way to order, but I'm not for that. I would definitely recommend people go here and try it out. There are enough options to find something you like but not too many to be overwhelmed.

The guy taking the order was obviously new and was trying his best to be quick & accurate but was struggling. I appreciated that he gave a great effort. Unfortunately he had no help from the cashier who was on the phone poorly handling an issue, loudly stating she needed to quite the job. She was great & friendly with me despite having a poor impression with that other situation.

The same good service and food quality that I have got from every Potbelly's I have been to. Took my dad here for the first time and he loved it. The only thing I would warn about is that if it is busy there is not a lot of seating. My go to is the Turkey and Swiss or the Wreck. The Broccoli Cheese soup is also very good. If you have a sweet tooth the shakes are also very good.
