Tried the The Buttermilk Chicken strips (they don’t have these in Australia) super tasty and fresh... But getting service was sooooooo slow, my fries 🍟 were missing from my meal combo and the guy serving was a tool, rude and obnoxious! when I approached him about the missing food! He should be grateful you actually have a job - some humans are just oxygen thieves!

The most busiest McDonald’s in the world! I waited 23 minutes for a Big Mac, because someone else took my food. Most people are nice but there are a few rude staff that really don’t care if you get your food or not. I understand it gets unbelievable crowded and people want to eat, so I suggest you bring your own food to the Pier. Make yourselves some pb&j sandwiches before coming and a few sodas in a cooler if you want to save some time and just enjoy the view or take a ride on a boat. Eat McDonald’s back home where you can sit in or drive thru on your way to work. But hey! Give it a go at least once so you can tell your friends back home that you came and had McDonald’s at the historic Navy Pier in Chicago! ;)
