Express Grill

I'm walking down the street when I found this store. I'm starving already so I took my time to come here. It was fast food so I hope they have fast service. They don't have a table and chairs to stay in so I just eat it while walking. I ordered two burgers. And it took so long for my order to come. I thought it was quick. So it served me in a good plastic wrap. One burger that I ate was Express Grill with porkchop, yellow mustard and grilled onions. When I bite it I bite the bone of the pork chop. They should have removed it since it was a burger. But the taste was really good. The one burger was also really good. It came with a tasty patty and fresh veggies. I also taste the cheese and mustard on it. I love this.

People are often welcome to Chicago to sample the Chicago style hot dog, there are many places to get them. If you want to really be welcome to Chicago this is the place to sample the Maxwell Street Polish. It has been exactly the same for more than 30 years. A grilled polish with smothered onions mustard and hot peppers on the side....welcome to My Town!!! And during this time with high prices on everything an order of free French fries with every Sandwich feels like a value.

I love this place!! Been going there for years BUT I found out that the owner does not give the employees tips received when paying with debit/credit card. Years ago I was told by one of the employees that they don't get any tips at all. That dude is no longer working there. Since then I been giving cash tips. I try to do it on the sly but today I didn't get a chance since the guy running the register(possibly the owner) was right behind him. Plus the cooks don't handle money or cards because of the gloves/pandemic. So I had no choice but to put the cash(tip) in the bowl with my card. I asked the cook if they get the tips. He said "oh yeah. He gives us the tips" when I told him that a previous employee told me they didn't. He whispered "well not tips given through credit card. But we do get the cash ones." Now that is f'ed up! I bet he takes some of them cash tips also. With this discovery... I will no longer be their customer.

Right off the freeway, you can grab a bite to eat and a pop to wash it down.
