Loved this place for a quick breakfast. I had the small order of pancakes. Three very large very fluffy, at least 3/4ths of an inch thick each. Love the location, right across the street from student housing where I lived back in the seventies. (Back then the restaurant was I believe a Chinese restaurant.) Prices were very fair. It's a short order place probably with students in mind.

Several of us needed to grab a quick lunch before leaving Downtown. This was a delightful choice. All four of us got crepes. They were wonderful and fresh. The price was reasonable-cheap actually-and service was fast and friendly. It was a great place for a quick lunch with friends. (Next time I will order a savory crepe and have a friend get a sweet one and we will split them to get the best of both. They are definitely big enough to share.)

Loved this restaurant! We came in an hour before they closed and despite the temperature in the building the employees were very pleasant and helpful to us. Our food was done quickly and there was a LOT of it (we got the rice bowls). The only reason I took off a star was for the price! We had 3 people and for a bowl and a smoothie each, we spent $50. We're not from here, so that could just be normal fare (especially since I think smoothies were the most expensive drink option) but we were a little shocked. At least the food was good and we had a lot of it! Edit: we came back for breakfast another day and the omlette, crepes, and Greek yogurt are delicious as well!

I happened to wander into this hidden gem one day when I was doing a full day with of academic studies at Roosevelt. I needed a quick meal break, but also something healthy and this location popped up on my searches. I first got a rice bowl with salmon added. The salmon is grilled fresh and seasoned to perfection and it’s amazing. They have a variety of menu options and their smoothies are amazing as well. It is a little expensive, but for the price you are paying it’s well worth it. I’ve never been skimped out on food portions and everything has always tasted great. You know I’m in love with a place when I continually brag about it to my mom and my coworkers, which I have done on several occasions. You will not regret eating here. It’s fantastic!

Good food but unfortunately, I got back to the hotel and my order was wrong for my $14 rice bowl. The toppings I requested were not all on my plate. Somehow chickpeas were added, which I didn't request. I would've gone back today but I'm flying out soon. Really would've loved the full flavor I was hoping for. But, the chicken was flavorful!!! Maybe I'll give it another try in the future. This was my first visit.

Food was good. Atmosphere was clean and cool. This is a "place your order at the counter" cafe. My french toast was solid. They seem to take some effort to use fresh ingredients in many dishes so I was a bit disappointed to see "table syrup -ie flavored corn syrup" instead of actual maple syrup. I'd go back :)
