walked in and i immediately loved the atmosphere, kpop (stayc asap!!) was playing, there were kpop posters and stuff all over the place, i loved the roblox man face on the tip box; it’s a really lovely place

Absolutely recommend! My nephew and I came here on a sweltering day in July after a long day at Millenium Park, desperate for a refreshing drink, and Vivi did not disappoint! I got the Blue Galaxy and I believe the little guy got a strawberry concoction. Our barista Daisy was very friendly and helped him pick out a drink. He’s only 8 and it was his first time trying bubble tea, but he’s hooked! His birthday is coming up in December and he asked if we could go back to Vivi for his new favorite drink! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Super fun place! Staff are quick, friendly and have great taste in music, though it can sometimes be a little loud I personally don't mind it at all. They have a great variety of fruit teas, milk teas, and slushes, though be warned that they are generally Very Sweet even at 30% sugar. Still a nice treat whenever craving something cool and sweet, I always get their Jasmine Lychee tea. :)

Vivi Bubble Tea in Chicago downtown is a must-visit! The boba is consistently chewy and the flavors are delightful. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is trendy. Whether you're a bubble tea enthusiast or a newbie, Vivi won't disappoint. Highly recommended!

Boba was great! A little too sweet for my liking even though I got half sweetness but it was made super quickly. the atmosphere was adorable and the music was cute!

Super cute place and the boba was yummy! Got the Taro Milk Tea and it wasn’t as Taro flavored as I would have liked (not as sweet) so maybe get the taro creme brûlée if you like it sweet.

You can order directly from a machine up front and pick up your order within minutes! I got the strawberry tea with popping mango boba and regular sugar and it really hit the spot! Quite sweet but how I wanted it. Yum! Staff super kind too!

i ordered a medium strawberry slush with tapioca and it was $6.37 tax included. the cups are really small but the service and taste was wonderful. the cashier and the person who made my drink were really nice and sweet! it’s a shame their cups are so small especially for the price because it’s becoming a favorite spot now
