Doctor's Orders Weight Loss Clinic is located across the street from this place. We decided to take the office out after work at Bar Cocina. Love the restaurant design and atmosphere. Menu has a wide variety of awesome tacos. It was hard to pick one. I chose brisket tacos and drank skinny punch. Both were top notch. One of my friends chose the hot chocolate for a drink. She did not see it was alcoholic. The Baileys in the hot chocolate was so strong. Marshmallows on top were too thick. Other than that, everything else was so good. Even the restaurant bathrooms were clean and cool.

My wife and I have been to Barcocinca more times than I can count since we moved to Lakeview seven years ago. The vibe is excellent — from their high tops and bar seating to their dining area and outdoor patio, there really isn’t a bad spot. The food is excellent as well. We’re big fans of the balsamic drizzle on their guacamole, and all of their taco options are excellent. My wife particularly loves the bang bang cauliflower tacos. But their brunch menu is our favorite, so would definitely recommend checking them out for a late morning bite on Saturday or Sunday if you’re looking for a reliably good spot in Lakeview!

Cute place, nice location, and some fun dishes. Menu is as is and what you see online is what you get. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the outdoor seating option. One thing to note, in order to participate in the bottomless mimosas EVERYONE at the table has to participate. If in a group it doesn’t matter if only one person doesn’t want to participate, everyone would need to do the bottomless mimosas if that’s the intention on visiting. No where on Google or online does it say this but my waiter informed me once seated.

I’ve been wanting to go to the West Town one, but ended up going here since we were in the area. Pretty nice place, it had outdoor seating and the weather was good, so that’s what we did. We loved the service and the vibe, lots of people, the food was good. We got the cheeseburger and bang bang shrimp tacos, quesadillas, queso, chips and salsa, and a whole pitcher of margarita!

Big fan of this spot! They accommodated our large bachelorette group easily. The chips, salsa, and guacamole were scrumptious! The guacamole comes with a balsamic which really gave it a tangy flavor that I enjoyed. We ordered a few pitchers for the table and I had a mocktail. I appreciate that they offered a small mocktail menu. All of the beverages were a hit with the table. Really, everything we had was yummy and the service was great. They also had a $5 shot that the server recommended which was a perfect end to the dinner before we went out.

This is a great spot for brunch and dinner in Lakeview! I went for brunch and had a great afternoon with friends. The staff was friendly and the space was nice. We all enjoyed our food and drinks, although it was a bit on the pricier side. I specifically enjoyed the Cornbread Benedict and the table liked their Bloody Marys and the Margaritas.

Great food, great atmosphere and great drinks. The selection of drinks is great, something for everyone. The appetizers all sound amazing. The few we ordered were on point. So far have tried four types of tacos. Three have been good. One has been ok but never would get again. The food is fresh and flavorful. Definitely a place to try when your in the area. Only downside is they never have the ingredients for one of their drinks, been there two times and both times they did not have the ingredients.
