the service was super good and fast, didn't mind me standing there choose for 20 mins at all. And the tea was great, with natural tastes. I got the coconut tea and the moji tea. However have to give them 4 star here because they added ice when I said no ice

I would highly recommend their coffee. Not too acidic but still boldly flavoured. I ordered a hot caramel latte and the flavoring was just perfect. The atmosphere is pleasant and the interior was unique. I'll bet it is very pretty in the summer! Their bakery items (at 09:00) still tasted very fresh and yummy. Prices are what you might expect for downtown Chicago but they are actually pretty decent all things considered.

Hidden gem. So many tea options (domestic and global) and gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating! The fountain in the middle of the shoppe heightens the garden/relaxing aesthetic.

I am absolutely in love with this place. Excellent tea and pastries in a bright and airy escape from the concrete jungle that surrounds this location. There's such a calm in the atmosphere here. I have closer Argo locations to where I live, but I go out of my way to come here because of how great the experience is. Kudos to whoever designed it.

Love this location. I literally feel like I've stumbled across a magical place in the middle of a secret garden. Terrific tea varieties and grab and go healthy food.

Nice selection of paninis for a good price.
They have a hugh tea collection.
Get some really nice blend from here.
Also some very nice iced teas. I took a taiwanese style bubble tea, which was as nice as the ones I had in Taiwan.
Perfect place for a lunch or a relaxing drink.
Nice interior as well, you can sit near the indoor fountain or around the fireplace.

I didn't want to leave! It’s the cutest little enclave that I feel like someone could spend all day at! It almost makes you feel like you’re not even in the city depending on where you sit, and I hear that they light a fire pit in the winter. Not to mention their vegan chocolate chip cookies are spectacular!

If I can be biased, I would say is world's best tea shop. The small park, atmosphere, the glass walls and great tea and the fireplace oh my goodness. Oh my goodness it would be wonderful for a cute tea/coffee date

Cute location in the middle of a triangular median in the road. Staff was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Seating outside in the park area also, but also a nice atmosphere inside. Tables are a bit small to share with someone and space is needed and couches are definitely worn, but a nice space nonetheless.
