Rivers Restaurant

We had a small rehearsal dinner, followed by a big welcome party on the river for over 200 guests from 20 different states. This is a perfect location for people that have never been to Chicago and those that are locals, because the view of the river and the buildings is absolutely stunning. They have the biggest covered outdoor patio in the city, and it was a perfect setting for our guests. From the dinner food to the appetizers and cocktails, every single detail was excellent. We couldn't believe how kind the staff was, from the person that we first interacted with to every bartender. They were flexible and really cared about making this experience enjoyable and unique for our guests, and wow, they delivered! We are so thankful for what your team put together for us. Thank you, Rivers!

My wife and I had our Wedding reception at Rivers Restaurant this past summer 2023. About a month before our wedding, we came across a large issue that forced us to cancel with our previously booked venue. We scrambled to find a new venue, and quickly came across Rivers Restaurant. From the moment we reached out to them, they were extremely responsive, professional, and attentive to our situation, and had us come in immediately for a meeting to discuss the details at length to get us set up at their beautiful venue for the (luckily) available date. Kelly was an absolute pleasure to work with, and her wait staff did an amazing job at the reception. Dan was thorough, honest, and very helpful from the very first meeting. I could not recommend Rivers Restaurant more as an event or reception venue. 10/10.
