I'm upset. I was charged almost 3 dollars for one cup of cheese sauce

I know, everyone says, "Taco Bell isn't really Mexican food." I say, it's delicious and always hits the spot. Sure it gives you diarrhea the next day, but isn't that a small price to pay for tastiness when it's 2 am, you've been drinking all night, and all you want is a taco?

Been here 3 times twice this week and everytime they out almost no meat in the food I got the chicken quesadilla was literally just tortilla with cheese same with my burritos all beans no meat. Would never go here again waste of money

I don't know how your staff is so inept that they can mess up the same order three times in a row. Coincidentally, nobody ever answers the phone so I can complain, so here I am. Train your staff to read the order carefully so I don't get charged extra for stuff I don't get.

Really love Taco Bell, but we can never get their online ordering to work.

Normally I have no issues with Taco Bell but last night everything seemed to go wrong.
I ordered the #2 ( 3 Taco Supreme meal) and a REGULAR ice tea. Plus one extra Taco Supreme. Ended up with the #2, a sweet tea and a regular taco.
I can't drink a sweet tea for medical reasons!! Then there was the fall out with my daughter over who had to eat the Regular Taco.
Sadly, the order was even repeated back to me!
I have learned an important lesson.

Drive through service is great, fairly quick, window person had a great attitude making my purchase better.

Went through the drive thru, at first communication through the intercom was courteous, then after the first of three meals ordered, the female on the other end was becoming rude each addition to the order. The window attendant was kind and we received our "sealed" bag of food. Upon checking the bag, we were missing half of 2 orders, and never recieved a receipt. I turned my vehicle around, returned to the store, and entered the building. I explained to the cashier the issue and that I never received a receipt, she checked a number of receipts next to her, told the line cooks to fix a meal and I waited. While waiting, the person next in line asked about receipts and the cashier spoke curtly to her about the "broken" machine for receipts after just fixing it yesterday. I assumed they knew each other since the cashier knew the person's order before she ordered. I received the missing food and went home. After getting home the #6 Chalupas were chicken and not the beef ordered, the burrito Supreme was half a normal size, all dorritos locos taco supremes from the #8 were broken and missing the supreme ingredients; and all items were wrapped so loosely there were toppings in the bottom of the bags. Taco Bell doesn't have the greatest standard of service, but seriously! That is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Not going back to this location, period.
