Just visited Knoops and had a brilliant experience. The chocolate milkshake was genuinely one of the best I've had – so rich and flavourful. The cannoli was also fantastic. What really stood out was how nice and polite all the staff were, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We don't often go to Chester. Stopped in the area near this coffee shop and sat on a bench with a couple of take outs. The staff were friendly and the coffees were very tasty. I had mine in my own flask cup. I didn't try the cakes etc but they looked delicious. Definitely recommend the coffee
