Pizza Hut

Pizza and breadsticks were great. Picked up order and it was on time. Workers were working hard and efficiently. Loved our dinner. There was plenty of everything on our pizza. Side note - who get’s take out pizza (delivered or not) and it’s still oven hot by the time it hits your mouth? Unless you’re like me eating a piece while pulling out of the parking lot, I think that is an unrealistic expectation. Heats up in an air fryer like you’re at the restaurant. Good stuff.

I placed a future order at about 1:00 p.m. to be delivered at 4:00 p.m. It was delivered at 4:20 and the food was barely warm. When I called while waiting, I was put on hold, then spoke to someone who sounded like they were altering their voice and pretending to be a supervisor. They said they could not reach the driver and offered to do nothing about my order being late. I did my part in planning my day and ordering ahead, but they failed. They caused my kids and I to have to rush to eat and get to work and practice on time. I guess I will stick to Chesapeake Pizza from now on, better pizza and better service!

Ordered delivery, prepaid tip and part of my order was left off. Called the restaurant and the person said “oh! Guess we’ll get those wings delivered to you, but it’ll be about 35-40’minutes”. Not having an alternative, I agreed, but today- ALL businesses should realize that consumers have choices, we always have but now more than ever. Sadly, doors are closing like no time before. Providing top tier customer service, even at a Pizza Hut is imperative to get people to refer and to return. With that said- so long Pizza Hut Battlefield. Your pizza was subpar, your wings were late and way overpriced even in this weird wing shortage market and your customer service is garbage!

I couldn’t take a picture of the frigid temperature of the breadstick sauce. We haven’t had Pizza Hut in some time but I can assure that based on this experience, it will be the last. So disappointed in our meal tonight. Want to love it but just can’t any longer. Throwing out nearly $50 in food tonight. Shame on this Pizza Hut location.

Order took an hour and a half just to get it out of the store, then another 35 minutes to get it to my place. Sat outside waiting on the driver, I had to call to find out where my order was, was told driver was lost. I should not have to call to find out where my order is and the driver should have called in asking for assistance. I have had poor experiences in the past and that was years ago. Improve preparation time, improve delivery time, instruct drivers to call in for assistance. My order ended up being lukewarm, and I was in a foul mood after dealing with a manager who seemed ill-informed and a driver who stated that he did not want to deliver to my area because, "I always get lost back here." I was astonished, my apartment complex is not difficult to navigate, it is well known in the area and has a huge landmark for reference. Does the store not have a map of their area of responsibility? Should not delivery drivers have access to navigation in their vehicles? I have had deliveries from other companies and only one person had a hard time finding my place, he called for instructions, and got to me in less than a minute. I was very displeased with your service.

The delivery driver forgot part of our order, and we were unable to contact the restaurant via phone to find out what happened; instead, we had to drive to the store to get the missing item, completely negating the whole purpose behind placing a delivery order... and being charged a delivery fee for the (in)convenience! On top of that, we pre-tipped 20% when placing the order, figuring, hey, maybe we would get good service that way... guess not. But, the restaurant DID give us a EXTRA (cold) marinara sauce container for all our trouble... FOR FREE! TOTALLY makes up for the wasted time and effort becoming our own delivery driver.
