I just wanted to leave a review of my experience today since it was so lovely. We ordered through the app and the woman who brought out our food couldn't have been any nicer. She absolutely made our son's day when she greeted him and handed him his chocolate milk. And this is at least the second or third time in a row that's been pleasant, but today was special. A+ customer service.

I usually give food places a few tries, because one visit usually isn't reflective of the whole picture. After multiple visits during the afternoon, I won't be returning. Either my food order is wrong or cold or put together haphazardly, the wait at the window to get the food is 10 minutes long with no explanation or apology (even when there isn't a line of cars), or the staff is rude. Tonight, I tried to redeem some points. The person taking my order kept getting it wrong, and I had to repeat myself seven times. They wouldn't show me my order or price, even when I asked. When I pulled up to the payment window, I asked again if my points went through, and they said yes. I payed, and when I got my receipt, saw they charged me more. When I pointed out it, they said "Sorry?" and that there was nothing they could do. I wasn't rude, said please and thank you and stayed patient, and they really just didn't care to correct their mistake or sincerely apologize. If you really look at reviews before deciding where to eat, please consider mine before visiting this location.

I have had several bad experiences here, so I just avoid it, but we were close by and decided to grab some dinner on Sunday. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered a double quarter and instead of two hamburger patties, I got one chicken patty. My son's spicy Chicken sandwich was rubbery. At least, the fries were good. And what is the point of calling to complain, because they just offer a free sandwich next time.

Awful. 3 cars went through inside lane before they switched to take outside lane order. Paying at the window, the cashier threw her headset off in frustration. Picking up my food, had the wrong drink. But got is straight at window. Silly me, didn't check the rest of the order. Got back to work and had wrong sandwich. Normally would have just dealt with it, but decided to go get what I paid for. Had to wait in line inside and was treated like it was my issue. Just awful service.
