1/3 empty! Didn’t have enough to add granola mix. Not the first time this happened. Called twice in 4 days to speak to a manager. No return call or refund as promised by first employee. Disappointed and unexpected bad experience from such a popular place.

Fast friendly and delicious.
I was actually surprised they could complete an order for 9 people in only a few minutes. Not only fast but hot and accurate.
I was also happy with the price, we spent under 70 dollars for everyone. We went to a place with arches waited 45 minutes for cold food and spent over 100 dollars for the meal.
Thank you and eat moor chicken.

What can I say, It’s chick-fil-a. Aka Gods chicken. But this store is very clean, well run and the employees are FAST. The store is always busy but fast. Never had my order screwed up but I usually order on the app. The food is always good. No complaints from me. Best fast food IMO.

Chick fil a was great. Friendly serves. Greeted with a smile 😃. Fresh hot food. The staff came and asked us if we need refill and took our plates. And the chocolate chip cookie was soft moist and delicious.

This location has very hardworking employees and despite all the families inside they kept the cleanliness up. I wish I could reward them myself.... They definitely deserve a bonus for serving tonight's event.

I went through the drive-through on the 19th for a chicken club meal and I had a $10 gift card the meal was $10.59 so I gave her the $10 gift card and handed her my card to pay for the $.59 and then she charged my account for the full price of the meal and the next day I went back because they gave me the wrong food and charged my card. and they would give me nothing because I threw away the receipt before I checked my bank account. 4 times in a row part of the order has been wrong.

Still good customer service, but I shouldn't have to ask the employees each time not to put the condiments directly over the fries. Even after asking, there have been occasions where it was ignored. This has been an ongoing problem for years. The food is not as good as it once was. The fries and chicken that was once hot n crispy, now at times are hard and greesy. It appears that they are not concerned about what they're giving the customer anymore. I have 25,359 points , so I consider myself a loyal customer, but Chic Fil-A you're disappointing me. 😞

There was nearly no parking for those who want to eat inside. All parking outside was for to go orders etc. And they were the slowest C fil a I've ever been too. The drive thru seemed to be fast though. Welcome to 2022 American Fast Food!
