Excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, calm and inviting! Dao was cordial, knowledgable, offered plant-based options, and even asked the chef when he was not sure of particular sauce ingredients.

100% the worst oriental food I've had the chicken and broccoli had so much oil sitting on top I had to dump it out it tasted like fish. I took avout 4 bites and trashed it. The soup was so bland no flavor at all. The white rice was the best part it had better flavor than anything else. Portions were also pretty small. It's safe to say I will not be returning to this establishment

If you order mango, honey green tea for drinks, shrimp tempura, shrimp with cucumber roll, west coast roll, California roll to eat, make sure to inspect your sushi. Mine had two inch hair in it(only in shrimp w cucumber roll), literally pulled it out but I should’ve made them do it because there was only two pieces of west coast left, one California and the hairy one :) I was even kind enough to get up and walk to the front to speak to my waiter. Of course he apologized but after his discussion with the manager they made it seem like I didn’t want to pay. They sent a $34 and some change check and then took $5 off. I almost threw up for the first time in a restaurant in front of my friend when I really believed that it was real human hair. It was a very disappointing experience of dining in Cherry Hill. From a small business perspective, the owner’s were greedy and the cook should tip the waiter. I really don’t like writing reviews but this establishment could have managed this small incident better to avoid receiving this review.

Nice place and the staff was friendly but the sushi and sashimi were very disappointing. The menus lack descriptions which made it very difficult for my sushi loving daughter to order something safe due to her shellfish allergy. Don't expect your patrons to know what each dish includes since different establishments sometimes take a different spin on things. We've had sushi countless times at other restaurants and this was the first time we experienced this. The sashimi didn't taste fresh at all and the sushi was the worst I've ever had. However, my husband ordered steak with lo mein it was pretty good. Overall, it was very expensive for what we ordered and we won't be back. It makes me wonder where all the reviews saying how great the sushi is there came from? I don't get it!

Absolutely horrible. The food and the customer service is NEVER consistently the same. Sunday I placed an order and 50% was incorrect from what I ordered. When I called let them know I was told, "that was what you ordered". Really? Why on earth would someone place an order for food they do not like. The rudeness was just unimaginable. Good luck sometimes the food and order re correct and sometimes it is not. To add insult to injury....the pork dish had a small amount of fatty piece of pork. Good Luck

I ordered over $85 worth of sushi and the rice was not even cooked all the way. It was hard, grainy and unseasoned. I put it away in hopes having some the next day but it was so dry and hard that all of the rice cracked off of the rolls. I am very disappointed and I wasted a lot of money. The appetizer, soup and salad were good which is why I gave it two stars, but I regret ordering so much (hoping for dinner and lunch for me and my husband) and it is so bad that I can't even eat it. I can usually eat food that is not tasty, but this is too dry and hard.

My husband and I stopped here last night for dinner. Years ago we used to eat here all of the time, and were in the neighborhood so decided to stop in again. We were seated to the right, in the section near the waterfall display. After our food arrived, I noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall next to my husband. I immediately notified a worker, who proceeded to reach across our table and dinners and kill it with a napkin. He told us he would get the manager, and I gave him back my food because I was incredibly nauseous. As the manager was standing there telling us that he will take my food off of the bill, another cockroach climbed from under the table to the top. At that point he said he would comp our whole meal and asked if we would like to switch tables. My husband was almost finished his food and unfortunately became nauseous as well. It is so disgusting that they have bugs, and if two were out in the dining room imagine how many are in the kitchen or other dark places of the restaurant.
I will never return, and suggest no one goes. They way that it was handled was completely foul, to have a man reach over us to kill a bug and then nonchalantly ask if we would like to switch tables. We ended up not being charged for anything, and rightfully so. I am considering calling the Department of Health.
It deserves zero stars.
