Taco Bell

Taco Bell lost me as a customer . I would explain why but this is my fourth attempt to try to text this review because of my phone . I'll just say it's because of them being unsanitary and I was short a penny and the cashier wouldn't let that slide so I got the penny and when he handed my three be verage cups two of his fingers were inside the top cup and I asked for another because he touched and he said I don't think I did but I'll get you another one . I said you did . I called and explained to the manager and she said I understand the touching of the cup but the Penny needed to be paid so the till won't be short and I said okay . Now the problem I have with that, is it worth taking the risk of losing repeat customer over one cent ? Also the food was a little cold and messy . I understand fast food work is busy and can be chaotic. But good customer service and good management will help their business.

Would’ve loved to get some food as they said online and on door it was open just to find out it was closed. Closing time said 12am (online and on door) showed up in the drive through at 11:15pm to find it closed. Update your info if you’re not gonna be open durning your “open” times. it’s not like fuel is cheap.

Well first off spent around $40 on food. In that order got 2 boxes without box's, chips on the bottom of the bag cause they fell over cause that weren't in a box. Asked for 20 fire and got 4. Then I bite into my chalupa and in the first bite was an employee's hair and yes I still have it waiting on someone to contact me and still no one has
