Served me stone cold chicken from a rack on a table with no heat lamp. Refused to put the money back onto my card (how I paid) and insisted I receive a cash refund. Staff member apologised, then continued to serve people chicken from the cold rack. Hope I don't get food poisoning. AVOID!!!

I have found the schnitz is usually a safe bet for a decent meal out, and being on a budget means I try to make the most out of my meal when I decide to eat out. So for my lunch today I had the displeasure of eating the smallest overcooked parma ever. Made so quickly I find it so hard to believe it was cooked fresh. It didnt taste fresh. Simple eyes could have seen that it was overcooked yet you still seemed to find it okay to serve up. There was so much more to this that I could go on about but...
Seeing your other reviews of poorly made food it seems no one their has learnt anything about the service of quality food.
The idea is simple when it comes to food, give the customer quality food to keep them happy to come back... serve the crud you did, you lose customers. No second chances from me.

Always freshly made and delivered when ordering Schnitz via Deliveroo.
Their Parma chips and salad combo is a must for a filling lunch or dinner plan.

Just ordered uber eats a second time from this franchise location and would have to say this is the best schnitz I've had! Deserving of a review. Fresh and so tasty. They put enough sauce, they cook the chicken to perfection, the chips are delicious! Happy customer! Thank you!

Schnitz food is of course delicious, but this people have special ability to make it worse. And their service and behaviour towards customer adds bitterness to it.
Please go somewhere else
