Burger King

Came to try the impossible burger and chicken burger 2 weeks ago they served both cold.. went to try again two days ago in hopes that the food would be fresh I was disappointed once again served cold food. When your food timers go out you are to put the food into the waste basket & drop a few new Burgers to keep up with the demand in your location please don’t sell people stale food…

Waited almost a half hour for one order while they did consistently only drive thru orders, ignoring my one small meal during that time. They prioritized drive thru so much that my one small meal took nearly a half hour. It was ridiculous. I will now only use drive thru, if I still decide to come back. It should never take that long for One burger and a small fry. I'm glad they apologized for the wait, I know they're short staffed. However it still doesn't excuse ignoring one customer for others for an extended amount of time.

Do not go to Burger King by Walmart in Chehalis. We both decided we didn’t want to cook tonight it’s been a extremely long week for us. We order 2 #9s and a 8 pc mozzarella sticks with fries and 2 waters. I look in the bag and there was no sauces and we had to wait on our mozzarellas. So I went in all was fine just let them know they didn’t give us sauce and then we left went all the way home. 10 minute drive. Realize that those 2 boxes were chicken fries and not our burgers. Just our luck. Joe called and asked if we can get a refund she said she can’t take the food back and that she can either refund us or remake our food. Makes no sense. So I go in 10 minute drive back. We’re sitting there and all I asked was “do I need to throw it away or can you throw it away back there” immediately she looks up at me super rude in a rude tone “I can throw it away back here” as she’s nodding her head and rolling her eyes. And they only gave me $19 something back out of the $25 something we spent. I said there must be a mix up. She said because we threw away our mozzarellas because they were cold and didn’t bring them to her and also our waters which btw they didn’t put ice in. That she couldn’t give me the $6 back that she owed me. So I just walked out thinking we also just spent $$ in gas driving all the way I to town back and into town again. Ridiculous we will stick to the one next to lives from now on.

I live within a 5 min drive of this restraurant. When i got home the food was cold and not what was expected. Missing the additionals requested and charged for.I wore part of the condiments as it was dripping out. The part that bothered me the most was the wait. I ordered, pulled up promptly and paid and waited. I sat at the pay window for a good 5 min. Or more before pulling up a space. I was not greated at the second window. The person for that window when they came over about

Order a whooper meal at the drive. The cashier thought I only ordered the burger and I then replied "You didn't ask for my drink or size". They gave me some very cold fries that wasn't under the heat lamp. I come back around and I'm guessing the manager takes over after the cashier greets probably knowing they gave me cold fries and ended up waiting for fresh ones. Why even waste everyone's time by doing this? Left is the new and right is the cold nasty fries, you could tell the difference easily! Last time I eat at this location.
