What happened to this place?! I paid $21.10 for 2 Large (oily AF fries) 2 measly thin battered corned dogs. My wife called and complained about our fries and explained that would bring them back for them to look at. I show up and they didn’t even look at what was purchased. I was arrogantly told that they are using new fries and oil. As a matter of fact, Dairy Dan can’t replace them because “nothing’s wrong with them.” That’s how the finish product is. No offer of a replacement or refund, but actually told that if I want new fries, I would have to purchase them. Ridiculous unbelievable arrogance. I told them you could keep my returned fries and told them I would talk to someone else. I drove off disappointed! What poor customer service telling me that I’m the one with the problem for not being able to eat their OILY AF fries and lack of solution for an inedible product. PICTURE PROOF OF POOR QUALTY PRODUCTS PURCHASED: The browning of these fries are not because they are well done, it’s because the potato in the fry is SATURATED AF WITH THEIR “NEW OIL.” Paper thin battered corned dog. You can a buy 1/5 of the price and a better battered corned dog from SafeWay Deli next door. That is not flattering comparison. So disappointing, but I sure feel validated looking at recent 1 star reviews. Unless things drastically change, I AM NEVER BUYING FROM DAIRY DAN.

The wait for burger and fries was a little longer than would be expected for those food items on a week day at 3:00pm. It felt as if the person taking our order was new and learning also. The food was worth the wait overall. The fries and tots were seasoned (my spouse called them aggressively seasoned and a pleasant surprise compared to a lack of seasoning that has become a norm). They use a red "special sauce" on the burgers which felt a little thick to me and I wished for a little more lettuce on my burger but overall not a bad burger. If we ordered again, I would probably ask for additional ketchup. If craving seasoned tots, will go back there. We have heard they also have great ice cream but haven't tried that. :)

I was passing through the area hungry did a local search, found this amazing gem! Friendly staff, from the young man whom took my order at the window to the gentleman whom brought the food to my car. The menu is easily readable. The food amazing! I had a mushroom swiss added their crinkle fries and a drink. Tasty cooked fast and flavor was right on! Thank you for a great lunch

Let me start by saying we’ve been here before once. The food was dry, no sauce and the burger was pressed dry. We decided that it probably came down to being busy and they were trying to pump food out. Came in tonight-giving the benefit of the doubt-to get a couple of burgers. Let me start by saying if you want to know ANYTHING about their menu-make sure you ask EXACTLY what comes on it. We came in and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, A “Western” burger, and a side of fries. THANK HEAVENS ABOVE we decided to go with a fry because the two burgers alone wouldn’t have satisfied a toddler. Smallest burgers I’ve ever seen. Smaller than a McDouble at 5x the price. I paid $20 for two children’s burgers and there was the nastiest piece of lettuce served on the bacon burger and four mediocre pickles....the western was served with a patty, a single onion ring, and bbq sauce. That’s it. NO vegetables whatsoever. The 2 slices of bacon she’d told us it came with was also not there. We, sadly, will not be coming here again. The patties were somehow smaller too. For $20 I could have drove 5 miles down the road and gotten twice the amount of food at Carl’s Jr. Super bummed.
