First Watch is my kind of breakfast/lunch place. (Favorite place) Been here only 3 times, but I love it! The French toast is huge, I didn't expect that at all. The fancy drink, is a Morning Meditation and it's so yummy. 🤤 The pancakes are also very big, I am used to small thin ones back in Norway. 🤣 The staff is very nice and helpful! A very cozy restaurant. Not snobby, not shabby, just perfect. I will definitely come back.

One of my favorite breakfast places to go to with my family everything is always so delicious and fresh and the staff are always so sweet can't wait to go back!( I got the farm fresh tacos with the lavender haze juice its soo amazing its like your drinking happiness and my mother got the superfoods power bowl with fresh fruit and not to forget the million dollar bacon side dish so delicious)

My egg white omelet was really good and my wife loved the lemon pancakes. Wait staff was also friendly and fast. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the floors were stick and slippery in spots and the mens bathroom were a little dirty.

Always a great place to eat and good quality food. Just disappointed that the gluten free French toast is cross contaminated with the regular bread in the batter? How is it gluten free?
I had the avocado toast with gluten free bread, potatoes, eggs over easy, and the power bowl. These were delicious and very healthy. I enjoyed this and the morning meditation with beet juice.

This is a very good restaurant for breakfast. It is not the usual Southern fare.They have healthy choices.Like avocado toast and some omelettes have smoked wild salmon. And turkey sausage gravy.They stay very busy It is a good place to enjoy a variety for breakfast,. even a salad is offered on some of the plates. My cholesterol is up, eating healthy will be the best thing to do.

I was well pleased with the service and food. I was greeted upon entering and guided to the table where my friend was waiting for me. The place was full and my order was taken in a timely manner. The frittata and cheese grits were delicious. Also my girlfriend enjoyed the food I brought back (sandwich and tacos). It's a testament to the quality of their food that it still holds up outside of their restaurant and that my girlfriend enjoyed it. I definitely plan to go back the next time I'm in Chattanooga.

Stopped on Monday morning looking for a quick bite. Sydney took excellent care of me with great friendly service. Was here a week ago and had an amazing omelette but this time my heart was set on breakfast tacos. All three were tasty and the black beans added on top with the avocado hit the spot. I definitely will be making first watch my go to breakfast spot from now on.
