Burger King

4/8/2023 9:20PM Inside closed and the Drive Thru was wrapped around the building. I understand that the Pandemic is still lingering around but they literally took ONE order, took their money, and handed out their food BEFORE taking the next order. I'm wonder they can't take at least 3 orders, clear them and then continue. Really had my mind set on cookies but they were out. I guess the time spent wasn't to bad. I left right at 9:37PM

I ordered on the burger King app. My sister picked up my food in the drive thru. She didn't know what I ordered. When the food got to me the fries were not in the bag and the coke taste like carbonated water. I wouldn't have given any stars but the whooper was delicious. I guess it's a good thing since I paid $13.62 for the triple whopper combo and the coke was bad and the fries were missing

Very disappointed bought an 8 piece nugget for 1.49 oops no it went up to 1.99. That's ok.got in car...cold hard nuggets old .. Didn't want to complain so I went in and bought more thought maybe will get better ones....oops nope ..worse than the first ones cold and hard old old nuggets . Several employees were just standing around the manager took my order no smile not nice at all. Shame on them ...shame on burger King on Brainard rd .in Chattanooga for taking advantage of people ..that's the same as stealing giving people old nasty food ...not even fresh ...shame on them.

Awesome service... The lady at the register was more than remarkable.. Just absolutely positively an angel..I wish I knew her name.. Just a kind beautiful soul. A good people.. Thank you so much.. the rest of the staff and management were just as kind... And the food was delicious and fresh.. Thanks burger king for the restaurants like this one... All should follow suit...

This burger King is in Chattanooga and I was doing some research on my android phone and I had been sitting in the parking lot for a lengthy period of time and some of employees came out an checked on me, thank you outstanding they didn't even know me but at least they cared enough to come check very good I will remember you the next time I'm in Chattanooga

Love the customer service here. The ladies at this restaurant have almost always been personable. I used to be a McDonald's kinda girl but they turned me into a bk kinda girl. The line can sometimes be long but that's any fast food joint. As long as they get my order right consistently I'm happy. Which they have.
