This Wendy's is usually the best we go to. But this night we went later in the evening and they were staffed with some different people.
Our order was not taken until 10 minutes after we walked through the door.
The drink machine was covered with soda. It was like numerous people spilled their dring and it was left.
A young girl came out to pick up and looked at the drink station and said gross and left it.
Like I said usually this Wendy's is the best but this wasn't the same place.

Long drive thru line, interior always locked (no signs) so no restroom access! Higher prices again, mostly cold food n sloppy watery frosty's! Check your order before leaving the window, usually wrong! Good luck! Don't know what the sale of the Company will bring...will probably be dismantled and sold in pieces. 😡

I ordered 4 items and the 2 drinks were correct. The food items were not. I got 4 piece nuggets instead of 6 and a bacon cheeseburger instead of a deluxe cheese burger. The dining room was not open.

We sat in the drive through over 30 minutes waiting for "someone to get a register". We understand that all fast food is short handed; even the lobby was closed. But it was a little much to sit that long waiting to order. When we git our fries, they were cold!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but if you want your order the way you want, do not go here. I only order chicken nuggets (spicy) and typically only receive regular. May not seem like a big deal, but it’s chicken nuggets come on. Waiting 40 mins in line is not worth it for the thing you weren’t expecting and are paying for.

Waited in a long line for them to get my order wrong. After getting the correct order I check my burger before leaving the parking lot and find a BUG ON MY BURGER!!! I pulled back around to the window to let the manager know. The manager named DEE came to the window and says “That’s not a bug that’s part of the burger” really??? It clearly has legs!! It’s clearly a bug!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! What if I would’ve gave this to my kid?? What if I didn’t check it??? For the manager DEE don’t ever fix your mouth to tell a customer they’re wrong about something that’s obvious! Maybe a simple apology would’ve been better! By the way I did contact the local HEALTH DEPARTMENT! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Never have they ever gotten my order right. The employees at the window are extremely rude. Will Never say a word to you and slam the window shut in your face. Also tried to argue that there wasn’t a crispy chicken blt biggie meal….. when It’s literally on the menu. These people are beyond incompetent. The person that commented that this Wendy’s is the worst location with in a 20 mile radius is 100% correct.

So there I was, between errands, and my little one asked for a burger with meat, cheese, and ketchup. For context, this is the Wendy’s restaurant that serves the St. Elmo neighborhood I have enjoyed since 1995. After waiting for 20 minutes (at least 5 in front of the speaker, holding for service), I received a burger with meat, cheese, and mayonnaise. The little one was very sad. This being at least the dozenth time I have spent valuable time and money for the privilege of patheticaly indifferent service (and perhaps purposeful - remember that fraud and stupidity look the same), I threw the offending burger out the window, avowing to never return. And so, I’m done. Two stars because the recipes are tasty; too bad I can’t seem to get what I order to enjoy them.
