Starbucks

Recognition goes out to Jamie! She's a Rockstar and was accommodating to my complicated drink order! And she so nice!! Unfortunately, my last experience was not as great. A young women with long blond/brown hair was rude and gave me an eye roll when I asked her to remake my drink she made incorrectly. Didn't return for a couple weeks.

Huge shout out to former manager, Brandi, and the new manager, Jamie! Kerry (Kari?, Carrie?) is awesome as is Adri, Jocelyn, lisa, Olivia-new hire-so great!), Sarah as well as some former baristas such as Alessandra, and Sofia. They are all so wonderful. I go to Starbucks all over the country and this one is outstanding because of the baristas.

I am not a coffee drinker nor do I drink anything but herb tea for which there seems to be none too little choice. The last time I was there I asked what were the caffeine free choices and the tea area and was told there were none. Then I saw a sign for a Blackberry Sage during and asked if it was herbal and she said oh yes. Now I am really not sure if the drink I had which was delicious was caffeine free. the new breakfast sandwiches are delicious especially the ones on the bread that's kind of like a croissant.

I don't usually put ratings up. My drink was wrong about a week ago and I had left. At $5.85 I called to complain. Again not something I normally do. However, $5.85 for one drink. They were very helpful took my name and said the next one was on them. I went in to get my next drink on them and what I got one drink and back talk. Now I have worked in customer service; I know that people try to get what ever free, and if I was a frequent flyer ok. But I'm not. Nor, have I ever gotten anything free from Starbucks since I worked there 15 or so years ago! It left with a negative feeling and could be just what I needed to quit starbucks for good. So thank you snooty Starbucks manager!

I continue to receive good service from this Starbucks. The staff is professional and work quickly to fulfil orders. Be sure to pay attention and listen for your drink or food item to be called. All too often someone is too busy to notice their order is ready or picks up someone else's order thinking it is theirs. I also love the mobile order and will sometimes order from the car and then pick it up to enjoy in the store in a couple of minutes without needing to stand in like. I can order my drink exactly how I want it.

Very disappointing!!! I have gone a couple of times now and ordered the spinach breakfast wrap and a egg white bacon sandwich both were microwaved !!! Gross , rubbery texture. Paying 10.00 plus dollars for coffee and microwaved food is so not worth it. I am going to stick with caribou where I know my bagel is toasted and hot.
