We’ve only had good service at this Krispe Kreme but based on the other reviews your mileage may very. It’s cool to watch the donuts on the conveyor belt. Apple Pay is accepted.

My fiancé and I made the trip of an hour and 15 minutes to get donuts and our favorite lemonade chiller. The donuts were fine per usual but the chillers were just awful. Pure concentrate. Very disappointed

I like coffee or into donuts but I buy them for friends who love them. Good fresh donuts and I get a cup of coffee. Fast and they have a large variety they make them right there kids can watch and they do like to watch the donuts on them go threw all stages of being made.

Everything here is made with hatred! Never get ANY of the drinks! the coffee is horrible but you know what’s worse! We absolutely despised them, they tasted like plastic and they were grossly sweet. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY AND TIME ON DRINKS! Just get the donuts they’re 🔥 but they were decorated like they didn’t care! I am very disappointed as a krispy kreme lover! how will I ever be able to talk about krispy kreme again!!!! It made my friend sad and she cried! 😡 I recommend Virginia Beach Krispy Kreme they are so lovely and they really care!

Very disappointed with my experience at the Krispy Kreme location in Charlottesville (5/1/22). It literally looked like a bunch of teenagers were running the place, I couldn't identify who the manager/supervisor was. What my boyfriend and I were most disappointed by was the conveyor belt/frying machine. I don't get how other people look through the glass and not have a strong feeling about how disgusting it looks. It was so obvious they do NOT clean the machines and the floor. Very surprised considering that the machines are on full display. The amount of GREASE buildup was horrific. it seriously looked like they hadn't clean since the store opened.
There were like five employees there, and no one has the common sense to think, "hmm maybe we should sweep up these two donuts that are squashed on the floor or wipe some of the spills."
In addition, it took about 7 minutes to get our donuts even though they were sitting in the glass container, where they could have easily grabbed the donut, put it in the box, and just give it to us. When we walked over to the cashier to see what was the hold up, the box of donuts were sitting on the counter and the employee had no idea. No one bothered to communicate that the donuts were done. Seriously, teenagers with purple green hair that run this place.
Clean your store!! It's disgusting.

I just went by and 1st was disappointed that it was drive through only. So, we got back in the car and went to drive-thru window. The girls was rude. You could tell she didn't want to help anyone and when I asked if I could have a minute she didn't respond. Then when I asked what kind of coffee they had she said we are out of coffee tonight. Really!! Saturday the 2nd at 8:15

The good and the bad the good the donut was delicious the bad was it was teeny tiny got a large coffee almost ice cold it was not an iced coffee but tasted good very cold do not recommend going there

Awesome donuts. Fast paced amount of customers while there. Friendly guy at the window. Busy, busy ladies inside. Tried hard to make sure my order was correct, because I ordered multiple 3 packs of mixed donuts. Thanks for your efforts!
