Hardee's

This place is my weakness at times when I want a taste from the 80s. I'm amazed the breakfast item of the country fried steak and egg biscuit is still prepared and served the way I remember from almost 40 years ago. It's good. This place is decent. Drive through is efficient. Might return. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score.

I had hair in my biscuit so I took it back. The funny thing is the customer in front of me had the same issue. The manager had the nerve to have an attitude! I'm not eating hair dummy. She never said sorry just twisted her lips up and asked me what I wanted. I got my money back but no apologies were made. Surprised hardee's is still holding on.

I used the drive through for a quick breakfast before church. I must say I enjoy Hardee's biscuits very much. The service was good and everything was included properly with my order. The only issue I had was that the ham and egg biscuit was a bit greasy and felt like more than was necessary. I'm not sure how the ham is warmed, either deep fryer or oven, but maybe it was not drained properly before serving. I share this in the hope it encourages this great franchise to excellence. There is too much competition to just be ok. I will return to try again, I just wanted to give honest review.

We have Hardee's in Maryland, but they do not come close to the Boddie Noell franchise stores, which have a more extensive menu (and they are much friendlier in the South, too). They were having a bad day (call outs forced them to rely on trainees), but the manager did a great job of holding it together, and the food was great. There was a minor misunderstanding with the order, but the manager more than made up for it. She looked like she could use some kind words, so I made sure to tell her how great the food was. It looked like I brightened up her day, just like she brightened up mine!

Horrible customer service. Very displeased how I was handed the wrong food (person was in front of me in the drive thru). Whoever brought out the didn't check to which vehicle the order was going to. I didn't get my food until two other customers behind me got their food. So that was three orders that was served before I got my food. Plus asked for grape or strawberry jelly, of course they had neither. There was a customer that I appreciate that spoke up how badly the drive thru to just had the cashier close the drive thru window in his face. Very rude and disrespectful people.

10-2017 Poor Customer Service! Update! 12-03-2020. 8:15 A.M. The guy taking orders was rude,aggressive, and arrogant. Apparently he acts this way often. Two of my friends have said the same thing. I'm encouraging them to do as I did. Go to Google and let people know how bad the service was. And the sausage gravy was luke warm. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO START MY DAY!
