Panera Bread

This location of this bakery cafe is in Hollymead Town Center. It's a convenient stop when we want to pick up something quick and don't want fast food. The pick two combos are always a favorite. My go to is the thai chicken salad and chicken noodle soup with a baguette. Every now and then, I'll indulge in a chocolate croissant. Every October, I stop for the cherry vanilla bagels. Having realized that today is November 1st, I checked just to see if any of the ribbon shaped bagels sold during breast cancer awareness month were still available. Fortunately for me, I was able to get one along with a container of honey walnut cream cheese.

The staff is friendly and helpful. This was my first visit ever after hearing mostly negative things about the whole chain. I wanted to treat my girlfriend to something different from the norm and ended up paying 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies and both of us were unimpressed. It was good but far from worth it.

Panera food is pretty basic so I'm rating the service. I eat here a lot and just about every other time I go my order gets messes up somehow. An item is forgotten and I have to drive back, something is burned, something is missing toppings, etc. Love the food but I get really irritated with constant order screw ups.

I will not ever be returning to this panera. I get a coffee every morning and no one at this panera knows how to make one as well as there is one very rude worker who I thought was going to come over the counter at me. She was terrible. Service and the fact that I can’t come here to get my morning coffee anymore because it is literally inedible... means I will not be back. You just lost a daily customer. Train your workers to do their jobs properly as far as customer service and actually making the proper recipe for food and drink.
