We stopped here for some fudge,i ce cream and a caramel apple. All were delicious! The fudge was but 2 get 1 free today. Pricing is a little steep. But the customer service and products were good.

this place smells up a whole block of downtown with the best aroma ever! It brought me into this place and it didn’t disappoint the ice cream was incredible and they have plenty of other sweets to choose from

I love Kilwins! The ice cream is the perfect texture, creamy and not too icy, and the variety of flavors they have is awesome! They have a wide range of candy/fudge, also. The staff is friendly and I will definitely be going back!

We weren't planning to buy ice cream. I swear we weren't. We just went into Kilwins for a quick look, "just to see". Anyway, long story short, we all came out with ice cream and very happy faces.

Ice cream was good. Always enjoy ice cream that is churned carefully. Unfortunately, they are not peanut allergy friendly. They did not have a separate scooper or ice cream containers for that purpose. Someone with me had to go next door to the gelato place to feel more comfortable. This place also has loads of candy and fudge options. Couldn’t tell you if good or not since we didn’t order. They did look good though.

Once again I had cake batter today but in a waffle cone. Yum. All the confectionaries that we have had are fantastic, and you all have great service. Thank you.

I love Kilwins! I first had them on vacation in Florida, and was so excited when I realized we had one in Charlottesville. My fiance put it best when he said, it's like picking all the best candies out of the Christmas sampler pack. If you like peanut butter and chocolate, you MUST get a buckeye! The ice cream is also wonderful. You just can't go wrong with anything they have.

Fudge tasted good, but the almond toffee bar was stale. The hazelnut truffles had no hazelnut flavor. It's a cute shop but their chocolate quality is low.
