I had the most delightful experience at Dunkin’ Donuts on Grahm Street in Charlotte. As a 70-year-old woman, I truly appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere. Devon, the kindest gentleman, provided exceptional customer service that made me feel truly valued. Not only did my order arrive swiftly, but the flavors were absolutely delectable. Every week, I eagerly look forward to conversing with Devon, as his genuine kindness never fails to brighten my day. I placed a mobile walk-in order and showed up and store was closed with no sign or notice.

There was only 1 guy servicing the place. He was awesome! Perfect coffee and dounouts. Just what the doctor ordered on the cold wet day.

Inside the fourth ward. Huge seating area upstairs with comfy chairs. Great place to sit and have a conversation. I have been there a dozen times and till date have never found it crowded. The coffee and food is standard Dunkins stuff so no extra points there. But nothing beats the location, free parking outside is the icing on the cake
