It was clean, the staff were nice and the food was made correctly. However, the seating is very cramped. If you are at all overweight, the unmovable tables will cut into your stomach. Dont go in to eat unless you are thin.

Considering its location I think this taco Bell has been quite good for the last few months. Above average quality for this chain. This place definitely needs a make over & new dinning area, makes me ? whats in the kitchen😔

Service was fast and accurate. The area of town is not the greatest which I'm certain is the reason they close the lobby early. Plenty of transients hanging out in the parking lot. Turned into a parenting moment when I explained to my kids why the man asking for change was dressed as a woman...Sugar Creek is off the chain

They got our order right despite it being rather complicated and got our food to us very quickly. Great customer service in drive thru that night.

Super slow as always but, service was much friendlier than it use to be and my order was actually right when I got it :) thats a grand improvement from a few months ago.... But, they are still like super slow. Watching thru the window you can see that its usually 2 emps runnin around doin everything and like 3-4 juss lookin lost... I assumed they're training but... I dont know that for sure.

The food is always fresh and delicious here and the staff is super friendly! Great customer service! It's not too far from my place of employment so I will always visit this location on my lunch break.

Had to use drive-through option as I reached the place after 9 PM. Food was good, the person taking the order was friendly as well.

Perfectly assembled good selection. Great prices and portions for your quick lunch. Great views and friendly staff. Clean dining area and refreshing drink filing area. Good customer service, but it's like taco bell has forgotten about this place. Very old and kinda grimy. I had ordered a 12 PK of soft shell supreme tacos, the 3 doritos hard shell. When I got home the 3 hard shell that were mine ended up being 2 normal hardshell supreme, n 1 doritos hard shell, n it wasn't even a supreme....it was good food and the people were nice so whatever

My food tasted good but the hard shell taco fell apart. But I didn't have a big problem with that, but overall it was made fresh when I ordered it
