We had my daughters birthday here and they told us to take pictures with our kids so that when we leave they would check pictures to make sure no one was leaving with someone else's child. well they never checked! There wasn't anyone even near the doors the whole time we were here. I understand being under staffed but don't book big birthday parties if you're not prepared. I also wanna add that the woman's bathroom was disgusting. I wouldn't reccomend having a child's birthday party here at all! I feel terrible writing this but I don't want anyone else to waste a bunch of money going here like we did. I really hope they hire someone to watch the front doors asap before something bad ends up happening. Only good thing i can really say is that there was a lady who was in charge of the parties and she did a really good job making sure we were all taken care of so that was kinda nice.

Took niece and nephews there as an end of school treat. It was a Thursday night, not very crowded which is a plus. There are two options for playing the games, you can get a card with either tokens or time. We went with time. 45 minutes of time to play the games. The food was decently priced and good, but the selection of games were lacking. For a combo 5, extra drink, and four 45 minute cards it came out to 135 dollars. The kids had fun which is a plus, but I think it is a little pricy. On top of that, despite it being almost empty I found it to be a little hot, as if air conditioner wasn't on. Over all, it is a good treat for the kids, but I wouldn't make a habit of going there more than once in blue moon.

had a great time playing the games and everything but the workers were so rude and acted like they didn’t even wanna be there. you would ask them a question and they would be so snotty and stuck up about it. you would think the workers would be nicer and not so snotty if they were gonna be around kids all day. kinda ruined the experience.

Unlimited salad bar was out or low on most everything. Wife commented to management, it still took 20 minutes to bring more. The trash cans were overflowing. The restrooms were dirty. They seemed very understaffed. Took more than 30 minutes to get our pizza and cheese bread. Was not a good time even for the kids
