I was sitting waiting for my drink and a lady wearing a batista Meistro apron came out from the back with a green bucket and used the hot tap you use for teas to fill up this dirty green bucket and didnt even wipe the spout which I found to be unhygienic and completely inappropriate to do upfront of customers
The Aircon in there was absolutely freezing. I asked the two miserable women working in there to turn it down - 3 times - but they didn't. Shocking customer service. I am not the only one to have found the Aircon ridiculously cold in this …

The two staff in today tried to cope with the very long queue. It took over 25 mins to put the order in and then the assistant manager was huffing and puffing in a very unprofessional way. It's a Saturday. You know it'll be busy. On the plus side the flat white was very very good
