Hardee's

I like Hardee's and think they have a good menu. They always seem to be coming up with new combinations. That being said, we came for lunch around 1 pm and was the only customers at the time. Unfortunately I think my burger must have spent sometime under a heat lamp, instead of being freshly cooked. It was still good, but could have been hot. Jalapeños poppers were great. I will return.

My husband and I came here to get dinner this evening and the food was not only fresh and delicious, but looked like the food on the commercials. The employees that we encountered were super friendly and efficient too. We don’t go out to eat much but our experience was really nice. Go Chapin Hardee’s!

Stopped here for lunch and ordered the hand breaded chicken strips. They were cold and soggy. When we took them back and asked for fresh hot ones we could hear the employee in the prep area yell that "they aren't cold". They cooked us new ones which were hot and crispy. Needless to say we won't be returning to this location when employees care so little for customer satisfaction!

Usual a 8 to 10 min is wait for at 12:30 Mom-Fri. Which is good considering the location. Chapin SC. I Fries and burgers are usually alway hot and fresh except for that one time I ordered a burger that was popular, can't remember the name but it doesn't matter. I They put something in my bag that had been sitting under the warning lights for 3 hrs, like we don't know the difference. I was half way down the road and 23 mins into my 30 min lunch break. I was livid. I But oh well all the good meals and friendly staff out weigh that one off exsperiance. I Pluss there's an old BiLo now a Lowes right behind it that has a deli. So between them both I'm happy with spending the $8-$10 per meal.

It was a tasty breakfast as usual I do however think that they need to be more efficient with their service times they are a bit slow granted it's a little bit better than it used to be but still if you are at the menue or 2 cars behind it it could take u 15 to 20 min to get your order and be leaving the restaurant
