There are certain items on the food such as their oatmeal, milk biscuits which are great. However there omelettes are over cooked and I've tried some wraps and other brunch dishes which aren't that great. The side potatoes are a good choice but again once In a while they are not cooked through and a bit raw. Service is great .ambiance is mediocre.

Easy to find and abundant parking available in the area. They do get you in line through google but during rush expect the wait time to be more than estimated in app. They do accommodate walk-ins.
Ambiance is nice, wooden seats are hard, tables height is decent and atmosphere is a bit loud. You also get a view of the kitchen for some of the tables.
Food is great and consistent. Overall it will leave you satisfied. Menu has a lot of items to select from. You’re spoilt for choices. Million dollar bacon is a must if you eat it. Juices are nice. I especially liked the morning mediation. Cures the hangover thirst. Service and friendly staff will make it a good experience.
A good experience overall, I will go back again to try different items on the menu and update the review.

Great atmosphere. Lots of options for breakfast or lunch so you shouldn't have any issues finding something you want. Food was ok - probably should have ordered something different. Have been here a few times and it has never been a bad experience (but never great either)

Too busy and because of that the food was cold when the waiter brought it. Its not cool to eat cold omelette :) also the waiting time for the menu and to make the order was too long. I mean to wait almost 15 min for the menu and to make the order thats too long time to wait. The food was average because it was cold. But the waiters are friendly and nice. I ate outside because inside was full house :)

ATALO! BEST WAITER IVE HAD IN A WHILE. He went above and beyond in customer service. Listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Food was delicious and came out as efficiently as possible considering Sunday Brunch.

We did not order anything special, just regular brunch type of food. Overall food was good. Environment was cozy, not too busy or noisy; good for friends’ gathering or hangout. Didn’t get bothered much which was very nice. Don’t you expect coffee to be good though.

Visited for breakfast and had an incredible experience with my friends. We joined the waiting list and, while the wait was 1 hour and 30 minutes, it was well worth it. Dani was exceptionally welcoming, took the time to walk us through the menu, and ensured we had a delightful time. The food was not just delicious but memorable, making the wait absolutely worthwhile. One small suggestion: perhaps a reservation system might help manage the waiting times better. Nonetheless, we’re already planning our next visit!”

Had a wonderful breakfast with my friends. We booked for 9 a.m and we waited for 10 min and our table was ready. Andrea was so nice and helpful, she explained the menu for us and we enjoyed our time and the delicious food. We will definitely come again.

Such a lovely place for a brunch.
Our sons who love IHOP said, “This place is so much better than IHOP! The pancake is super yummy!!”
They have great food, drinks and friendly staffs. We love going to First Watch and I’m sure many people agree, since it’s always crowded there ◡̈
