Chipotle Mexican Grill

Believe it or not, I have never been to a Chipotle! I made the young lady behind the counter aware that this was my first visit. She was very kind and helpful walking me through everything they had and offered suggestions. I got the steak burrito bowl and it was delicious! I was very happy with my first visit and will definitely be back! Great food, wonderful staff!

Completely done with this place. They mess up the order almost every single time I go there. Not to mention the fact that they practically mix every meat and salsa they have while trying to make an order. By the time it's done you'll have pork or steak in your chicken burrito and red sauce mixed with the green. Or they will completely forget part of your order especially the kids chips or drink. If I could rate as a zero I would.

This location is terrible. We have never gotten the correct order. It's not just little things like a missing ingredient, but the entirely wrong order. Last time we ordered chicken tacos and a burrito and got a burrito bowl and beef tacos. All the toppings were wrong as well. Double checked to make sure we had the right order and it did indeed have our name on it. This time, ordered a burrito and received a burrito bowl, again with a random mix of unwanted toppings. The orders are being done through the app and I don't know if they are receiving them wrong on their end or if their fulfillment process needs help, but we will not continue to order from this location knowing what we receive will be a total crapshoot.

Out of the handful of times I’ve ordered from this place, they’ve managed to screw up my online order more often than not. Forgetting the main protein or just putting something else on entirely, putting the wrong sticker on people’s food so we have to dissect each burrito/bowl to figure out who’s is who’s, not adding a topping that was paid extra for (ie guac). It’s incredible how when a sticker is printed out from an online order and it has all the items selected clearly printed on it, things are still missed. If it was busy at the times I’ve gone in I would understand but it’s usually not busy at 4-430 when I’ve gone in to pick up the orders. This is a waste of my time and money and seriously it’s not that hard to get the order right at least 90% of the time.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! We ordered for a whole clinic, nursing staff, got the order, every single thing WRONG. There was bowl items in a burrito, a burrito with bowl items. Mixed ingredients, just absolutely horrible. Mindy the manager was not wanting to help out in any way. If I was the store manager I would of one out of my way to fix it. HORRIBLE. Wish they did better, just Sad.

The food was okay, not very warm. But I am at all happy with the service. I went online to place the order, but you can not use a gift card when placing the order online. So, I went to place the order in person. But when I get there, I find out you can only place an order online. And the staff member tells me that no you can not use a gift card with online orders. Wonderful service. Just wonderful.
