Usually I get great service but tonight I ordered & increased my tip - due to the increase in gas prices. Lo & behold the driver didn't even take time to ring my doorbell. All the ice melted in my drink. Who knows how long it had been sitting outside. I've had the deliveries be slower lately so didn't go check right away. No more good tips if this is what it gets me! Since they wouldn't answer their phone they get a public review.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered for delivery here and I will NEVER EVER order from here again. The first time took an hour for us to get our sandwiches. Which I'm pretty understanding that they only had 1 driver, but the second time took an hour and a half!! And to top it off they gave us someone else's order... we should have had like 2 bags since we ordered food for 3 people and we got one bag.... I've never been so disappointed in a sandwich shop. Oh also it was my birthday.

I have now ordered delivery 3 times, in hopes that it wouldn't be as bad as the first! First two orders took over an hour to receive and they did a little better today only hitting the 50 minute mark. This wouldn't have been acceptable at the location I worked at in St Cloud, MN. I will say that when I've gone into the store they are very friendly. That's why there are two stars instead of one. Fix the delivery issues.

Fast and friendly delivery employees with common sense. A week ago, I gave instructions for delivery to place my order in a chair sitting outside my residence. Well, it had been raining and that chair had a big water puddle in the seat and was soaked elsewhere. I know it's minor, but the delivery person had the common sense to not leave it in the chair and place it on the closest dry spot. All of my orders have a few extra things I like to add or alter. Not only have those alterations happened, but the sandwiches I've been getting are well-crafted with generous toppings and they're not rolled in the paper wraps so tightly that it squishes and squeezes all of the toppings out of the side. These people are doing a great job. I will be increasing the tip I give on the next order. Thanks guys. UPDATE: 7/8/2020 I ordered 2 sandwiches and a diet coke. I have been waiting for 45 minutes. I called the store, the girl said there is nothing they can do because they have 1 delivery person making 7 drops on 1 trip. Not freaky fast. Dropped to 4/5 for now. May just go to Jersey Mike's from now on :/
