Applebee's

Wife really wanted to recreate the country song so we went the other day. Food was great, service was a little slow at times but to be expected since no one wants to work customer service right now. That said our waitress was friendly and working as hard a she could. Food came quickly, staff was friendly, we were seated fast so overall great time.

Best. Service. Ever. Both the host and server were extremely accommodating. We asked to sit outside and, even though they really weren’t serving outside, they bent over backwards to accommodate us - even bringing out an umbrella so we wouldn’t have to sit in the sun. The good was standard Applebee’s so nothing special there. Given our awesome experience we will definitely return! Thank you Terrance and KJ!

Our service was AMAZING. Our waiters name was Terrance and he provided excellent service. The food was delicious and hot, drinks were perfect and he made sure we were good our whole visit. This is one of the best services I have received from this restaurant. Thank you so much for providing my family and I an amazing experience!!!

My wife, my youngest son and I arrived around noon on Sunday February 28, 2021. We were promptly greeted by a friendly hostess, and seated almost immediately thereafter. The restaurant was near full capacity (no one seated at the bar area-being a Sunday, and half of the tables unused due to covid restrictions). Our table and booth seats were clean, even though the seat covers had minor tearing in a couple of spots. A delightful waitress quickly appeared at our table to take our drink orders. A few moments later, the restaurant manager stopped by to inquire if we had been waited on and we assured her that we had. When the waitress brought our drinks, she took our orders. About five minutes later she reappeared with our appetizer and inquired if we needed refills on drinks. Ten minutes later, with the help of a cook, she brought the food to our table. Everything was hot, properly cooked, plated cleanly, and of generous proportion. All three of my family made usage of the restroom facilities, and found them to be nearly spotless and free from any odor, other than a mild pleasant deoderizing air freshener scent. The only thing that seemed to be neglected by the staff was that the front door entryway , as well as the bathroom entryway carpeting desperately needed swept and vacuumed. However, that wasn't enough of an issue for me to recommend against dining here.

Our server was kind of slow in the beginning. I knew why because of a basketball team that was there but after they departed it got better she was personable and very nice my kids enjoy her and we will definitely return. Also the food was fresh and fast. My family order appetizers and also all you can eat item. So I enjoy it well.

The staff were amazing!! My toddler son fell and hit his head on the door frame of the bathroom. He developed a knot immediately, all of the staff took notice and jumped into action. One lady brought him ice, another a scoop of ice cream to help him feel better. We we're checked on several times to ensure that he was comfortable and we didn't have any further needs. Our food was delicious which also helped calm our nerves. Overall pretty good experience. Will definitely be back.
